Phyllis Stokes entered the field of Real Estate with a passion for helping people, especially those who have served or are currently serving our country through military service!

Phyllis Stokes believes in exceeding expectations in client satisfaction. She serves her clients with knowledge and integrity. She is constantly strategizing and articulating a plan to negotiate and keep the most money in your pocket and accomplish your desires. She communicates and guides the buyers/seller throughout the entire real estate process smoothly.

Phyllis specializes in veterans and active duty home buyers/sellers, including the VA process/guidelines, short sales, sellers, first time home buyers and investment properties.

Phyllis is a native San Diegan and is very knowledgeable with the various communities and neighborhoods. She has experienced the military lifestyle as a spouse who endured several deployments and overseas relocations. She is an active member and currently serving as secretary/treasurer for VFW Auxiliary 5867. She believes in giving back and participates in fundraisers such as Relay for Life, programs such as STANDDOWN in feeding our homeless veterans, Honor Flights for our Veterans return flight, POW/MIA ceremonies and She is passionate and committed to serving those who have served and those who are currently serving our military.
