Billy is a native of the Orange County region. He was born in Anaheim. He also went to college at California State University, Fullerton where he received his bachelor’s degree in communications.

After graduating, Billy went into the restaurant management industry where he spent the better part of 15 years working in numerous positions all the way up to general manager for Tommy Bahama. Here Billy worked his way up to managing 135 staff members, $7million in revenue and giving excellent customer service to thousands of people walking through the doors.

Billy transferred with Tommy Bahama to live in beautiful Maui and soon found himself ready for a new challenge. Billy decided to get his real estate salesperson license in the spring of 2016 and joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2020.

Billy currently lives in Huntington Beach. He fills his free time running, paddle boarding, surfing and spending time with friends and family.

Billy is truly invested in the Orange County region. His experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with the Orange County will be assets to both buyers and sellers.
