It's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Craig.
With over two decades of experience in real estate, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to meet all of your real estate needs. In January 2018, I took a significant step forward by joining Coldwell Banker Realty, enhancing my ability to serve clients with even more resources and capabilities. Prior to that move, I was an award-winning agent with Berkshire Hathaway California Properties (formerly Prudential California Realty) from March 2003 through 2017, consistently recognized as a top performer in Los Angeles and Orange County's coastal real estate market. From 2007 to 2009, I successfully navigated a dramatically shifting market, ranking among the Top 3% of all Prudential agents nationwide in closed transactions. Before that, I was part of a team that consistently ranked in the Top 1% of Prudential's nationwide sales. In 2009, I transitioned to a sales management role, where I leveraged my experience to turn around a struggling branch and return it to profitability. Afterward, I returned to the Irvine branch in 2013, continuing my success as a top-producing agent until 2017.
