With her passion for both marketing and real estate Jennifer positioned herself to excel as an agent by entering her real estate career in a unique way.  Already possessing a degree in Business-Marketing from SFSU and with her experience in the professional sales and marketing workforce, Jennifer’s previous positions enabled her to excel in real estate marketing. Working as the Listing and Marketing coordinator to a top producing agent, Jennifer gained superior training. While successfully utilizing compelling marketing to promote listings she also participated in the transaction process with every unique client situation.  Her involvement in numerous transactions provides her with a comprehensive knowledge about local property, market conditions and the intricacies of real estate business arrangements.  She knows that the buying and selling process is complex and deeply personal, however her experience with numerous transactions enables her to anticipate problems before they happen as well as handle the most complicated deals with skill and grace.  Motivated by her own real estate investing goals and understanding of the true emotional and financial value of a home, her commitment to helping her clients achieve their home buying or selling dreams is her core driving force.  This goal-oriented nature motivates her to work tirelessly on behalf of her clients while her interpersonal skills assist in transforming a complicated deal into a seamless and enjoyable experience.   

Jennifer is also a lifelong resident of the Bay Area, specifically Newark, CA and therefore has a strong understanding of the different neighborhoods and what makes them unique and desirable. With her deep connection to the area, she is also driven by a desire to give back to the community she grew up in and enjoys volunteering and interacting with her community every chance she gets. She also spends her time researching and educating herself as well as attending seminars in order to constantly improve strategy and remain a trusted advisor to her clients in this competitive bay area market.
