More about Ellysa Marino

Ellysa Marino relocated to Southern California over 20 years ago with her daughter to pursue her retail management career. As fate would have it, she left retail sales management to build her own loan signing business. As Ellysa performed thousands of loan signings and built her clientele, she decided she wanted to expand upon her business and serve people in real estate. Her strength, resilience and commitment to achieve these goals have shaped her to become dedicated and committed to her clients from start to finish.

As a real estate agent, Ellysa has brought her knowledge and roots in the southern California community to Coldwell Banker Realty where she offers her clients a unique experience. "Leveraging over 20 years of experience in the Southern California real estate industry, Ellysa Marino guides clients through the buying and selling process in Orange County coastal areas. Her local market knowledge and seamless listing process ensure a smooth and successful experience, whether you're a seasoned investor or a first-time homebuyer," Ellysa is going to be there every step of the way. For her, real estate isn’t just about transactions; it’s about building genuine connections and creating seamless, personalized experiences that truly exceed expectations.

Ellysa started her real estate journey in North Orange County Coastal area of Huntington Beach and in the last 3 years is now serving in South Orange County Coastal cities of Dana Point, Laguna Beach and San Clemente. As a beach local for the last 20+years she has built strong ties within the local coastal communities and in the local real estate networks. She is part of the community and sits on the board for the Lantern Village Society as Vice President where she works alongside other board members to continue to support local businesses and residents in the Dana Point area. She gets involved in local events and loves her community and volunteers as often as she can. Ellysa’s motto is, “Love where you live,” and she does!
