Hi there!  I'm Karen Mathieu, a realtor with Coldwell Banker, based in Carlsbad, CA. My area of expertise is in but not limited to North County San Diego. I also have the ability through CB to assist clients anywhere in the world!  I have an upbeat, positive outlook coupled with attention to detail, honesty and professionalism.

I originally hail from Connecticut where I graduated from ECSU with a degree in Psychology.  I made the momentous decision to relocated to the picturesque California coastline two decades ago where I lived in Santa Monica and Hollywood and worked in the food and beverage industry.  Settling in Carlsbad 12 years ago, I've since established myself in the local real estate scene.  With a passion for creating inviting spaces, I obtained certification as a stager which allows me to elevate client's properties to their full potential.  Alongside my real estate partner, Marta Hall, I have built a business centered on personalized and attentive service.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in my family life...my daughter and fiancé are my heart! My love for culinary arts shines through in my cooking and baking endeavors, while my creative spirit finds expression in art and crafting projects. During my downtime, I can often be found entertaining friends and family, cheering enthusiastically for the LA Chargers or SD Padres, hitting the beach or hiking trails and exploring new local destinations.
