This unique experience in Promotions, Events Coordination, Budget Management, Sales, Marketing and PR enriched her abilities in RE and sharpened her negotiation skills. She also attended Santa Monica College in Business as an Honor student to enhance her Degree. Acquiring her Real Estate license in 1999, she was invited to join the ranks of Fred Sands at their headquarters in the Brentwood office. She developed her expertise on the Westside until she moved to the Calabasas office right before Fred Sands got acquired by Coldwell Banker, and she still remains in this #1 office in the Valley since. Being versatile, Marie-France has worked with first homebuyers to multi-million dollar properties buyers and sellers, which makes her a Previews International Realtor with the company of Coldwell Banker. One of her celebrity client, David Horowitz, wrote in his commendation letter: " The selection of our new home took one day of viewing. In fact, it was the second home we viewed.
