Fred began his real estate career in 2004 as a loan originator and then branched out into real estate sales, development and investment. With his comprehensive experience in real estate, business development and project management from conception to construction, including financial analysis, accountability for site acquisition, zoning analysis, construction and financing for redevelopment of properties.
