John Gordon, Associate Broker, brings a unique combination of experience, skills, knowledge and a positive attitude to his work as a REALTOR in Arizona. Having lived in Apache Junction since 1982, been a licensee since 1989, and a Broker since 1993. John knows and loves the territory surrounding the Superstition Mountains. While showing real estate, he tells clients about the local plants and wildlife. John helps clients find a home in the best area at the best price (and also a brief history lesson of the community). When helping Sellers John is very detail oriented in the valuation process and knows the best marketing techniques for Sellers to sell their properties for the best return. John takes every possible opportunity to further his knowledge of the ever-changing Real Estate markets and trends. He takes well over the required number of continuing education classes each year, as well as offering education to sales associates at both the Branch and Corporate level.

Personal Background

John has over 35+ years of knowledge in the local Real Estate Market. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping, vacationing, hunting, exploring, boating and trail riding as well as doing other recreational activities.

John has made his mark in the Real Estate community by Managing the Apache Junction Office for Coldwell Banker, Managing The Fiesta Office, and temporary Management of various other offices. Most recently he was the Assistant Manager for the Mesa Gilbert Office. Since 2017 he has focused on Clients exclusively. In the past he has been a Property Manager and Designated Broker for a smaller family-owned Real Estate Company.
