Aesha is a Realtor based in Gilbert, AZ servicing the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Aesha is a native of Chicago, IL and resided in Alpharetta, GA for 7 years prior to relocating to Gilbert. She and her family have lived in Arizona for a combined total of 17 years. Her goal is to provide a personal touch by thoroughly navigating each client through the real estate process. As an agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, she has extensive resources and the experience of an entire team to assist her in ensuring maximum client satisfaction. In addition to holding a State of Arizona Real Estate License, Aesha also holds a Real Estate License in the State of Georgia and has a history of top performance while providing superior client service from first time home buyers to luxury clientele. Aesha has an affinity for first-time home buyers and relocation clients. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and WeSERV Board of Realtors.

Aesha holds a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management and a Masters in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage she spent over 20 years in Corporate America within varied industries and executive roles. This gives her a tremendous advantage into the actual business of buying and selling real estate, increased interpersonal relationship managements and superior communication skills.

In addition to her professional goals, Aesha has a passion for the spiritual, emotional, and physical health of adolescent/young adult women and single parents. Her primary goal is to ensure any young woman she encounters lives a healthy, happy, and whole lifestyle. Aesha's desire is to challenge young women to remain secure in their Faith while navigating thru the ever-changing urban culture and negative images in our society. She is a self-taught chef, enjoys reading, running, dancing, singing, skating, traveling, spending time with her children, and as a three time heart attack survivor she is a huge advocate for women's heart health.
