Business Philosophy

My goals are to help you with your Real Estate needs, whatever they may be. I specialize in Lake Winnipesaukee Waterfront and estate sales, but love all residential and land transactions in the Lakes Region area of New Hampshire. Finding your perfect home is such a rewarding job that I sometimes can't believe that I'm doing it as a career. Selling your home to the right buyer is just as satisfying and I love both sides of these complex transactions.

I am data driven and quite analytical but I am able to stage a home, determine the optimum selling points, and figure out what will work for my clients and their families.

Education and Training

Training is critical in this field. I am licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Utah. I have all the key designations to allow me to help you through any situation we might encounter. My skills are continually evolving and I take courses monthly to stay "on top of my game."

Awards And Designations

I have had over 15 years of successful Real Estate experience and have awards from Coldwell Banker for sales volume, training goals and more. Several of the most difficult designations in Real Estate (CRS, ASP and Coldwell's "Residential Specialist") are in my collection along with the CLHM, a designation for the highest luxury marketing agents in the country.

Areas of Expertise

As a long time waterfront resident on Winnipesaukee (since 1984) I know the lake and the value of lakeshore properties. In addition, I work with Seniors, Estates and difficult transactions.
