Erin Bunke

Erin has lived in South Tampa for over 20 years. She specializes mainly on matching her clients’ interests and needs to their property search, and helps them to locate a dream home that is within their ideal neighborhood. Erin’s clients will appreciate her expertise in negotiating, thoroughness, patience and understanding. She prides herself on finding homes that aren’t on the market. She loves the challenge in finding a home that her client couldn’t necessarily find without her help. She is passionate with helping people and her drive and willingness to do help her people. Erin says when she meets her clients, they become her family and loves both the listing side of business and helping her buyers. Erin loves working with her new construction builders and clients, and loves finding off market homes for her builder partners and her personal clients.

Erin’ family has been in the business of General Contracting and Developing, roots from Toledo, Ohio. When she was 18 years old, she moved to Tampa and went out for her real estate license when she was only 20 years old, but didn’t specialize until gained and worked under a brokerage in her early years. Having her family in construction, this has helped guide her in understanding the structure of properties. When it comes to evaluating price, she keeps up to date with the market trends in Tampa, and the surrounding areas.

Erin graduated top of her class, focusing on Business and Marketing. Erin also lives in South Tampa with her two girls and loves being active in the community. She loves being involved in her church Radiant South Tampa, gives back with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Redefining Refuge. When she’s not working she loves to be active outside doing something fun on the water, loves finding local places to eat and loves spending time with friends.
