Having launched her work in real estate when she began buying and renovating residential properties, Rancy then managed short- and long-term rentals. Inspired to help others navigate with ease what can be a daunting process, she started her professional career as a licensed agent.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Rancy received a bachelor of science degree in nutrition at the University of Washington. She then earned a master’s degree at Tuft’s University, working in the healthcare industry. When her husband’s work brought the young family to the area, she fell in love with the desert. While raising her three sons, she actively served on local school boards and for community organizations. In her free time, Rancy not only hikes with her three pups and plays tennis but also savors food-related travel adventures and cooking for friends and family.
