Professional Experience

Katie and Paul obtained their Real Estate Licenses and joined Coldwell Banker in 1992. Katie was named Coldwell Banker's "Rookie of the Year'' in Contra Costa County in 1993, and she and Paul have been selling homes in the greater San Ramon Valley area for more than 20 years and have consistently been among Coldwell Banker's top 2% of producers nationwide.

Personal/Professional Backgrounds

Katie and Paul have four children. Katie has been in the real estate field for more than 35 years, having managed TransAmerica Title's national operational accounting office (managing 80 people) for 15 years before joining Coldwell Banker. Paul gained valuable marketing experience by studying Journalism and Public Relations and working for the San Jose Mercury News.
