Wendy entered real estate sales in 2004 and has remained with Coldwell Banker for the duration. Her exemplary performance at the firm have earned her numerous accolades as a Lifetime Top Producer, a member of the International Diamond Society and Global Luxury Agent.  The most important part of her success, however, is the satisfaction and referrals of her loyal clients. Born overseas and raised in Virginia Beach, Wendy grew up with a father of the World War II generation, so is sensitive to the needs of those who have served our country. After earning a Marketing degree, she moved to Northern Virginia, her home ever since. A successful 10-year career in hospitality for the Ritz Carlton Hotel in McLean, The Morrison House in Alexandria and then Hilton Hotels afforded her the opportunity to service prominent military figures as well as corporate clients. Wendy transitioned to residential sales after corporate sales in publishing, capitalizing on her strong relationships and seasoned skill set.

Wendy's experience in real estate is not just professional, having built out her own home in Alexandria to three times its original size, she has undergone the steps and is able to give first hand account of her experience. Her personal endeavor, has given her keen insight on renovation potential which she also openly shares with her clients. Wendy's home is a hub for guests as she loves to entertain. Her life revolves around spending time with family and friends, her two dogs and enjoying the wonderful shops, restaurants in and around her special neighborhood. In her free time, Wendy enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures.
