More about Nikita Montgomery

Nikita Montgomery

Coldwell Banker Realty

No matter your budget or where you want to live, you can enjoy a level of “luxury” that suits your unique lifestyle, and Nikita will help you find it. She lends her skills to finding buyers homes that maximize comfort and convenience, and assisting sellers in listing, marketing, and transitioning successfully. Nikita also works in the commercial sector to secure smart spaces for small business owners, and bringing the right tenants to commercial property owners.

As a small business owner herself, she understands the need for that perfect space to operate; and as a longtime Alexandria resident, is well in-tuned to what this special, desirable area has to offer. Born in Germany, Nikita was raised in Alexandria and Prince George’s County in Virginia. She is a quintessential DMV-er, having resided in D.C., Maryland and VA, enjoying all locations.

After 10 years of Federal Government service, Nikita became a full-time entrepreneur and PR/marketing consultant in 2016. She subsequently opened a brick and mortar business in Old Town in 2019 that currently has two locations in Alexandria, and serves on the board of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce which affords her extensive relationships.

It was in 2019 that Nikita got her first taste of real estate on the investment side. She got integrally involved in managing her family’s multiunit rentals in Washington, D.C., and developed a passion for the industry. As a knowledgeable agent, she has vast insights on the offerings of Virginia and surrounding areas, as well as the history and emerging markets. Her style is congenial, organized and attentive, yet she’s firm when it comes to business and negotiating, and refreshingly transparent in all her dealings.

Nikita earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from The George Washington University and a Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. She lives in Alexandria with her husband and three children. Nikita also speaks conversational Spanish, and is the director of a mentorship program for teen girls.
