More about Kevin Ferguson

Serving the Salt Lake Valley

Exceptional customer service is Kevin Ferguson’s natural trait. Friendly and personable, Kevin is an active listener and will help you accomplish your specific real estate goals. He is a natural people pleaser and enjoy meeting the needs of others.

A former sports radio personality, Kevin has a knack for effective communications. He has produced, reported and hosted for live radio as well as live interactive blogs, weekly podcasts and a yearly specialty program. He received an AP Broadcasting Award for his role in the production side of a special radio program about Pearl Harbor that aired on KFYI Radio in Phoenix.

An active sports participant and enthusiast, Kevin exudes teamwork and good sportsmanship. He also has experience working in the information systems industry, so he knows how to utilize the latest technologies to best accomplish business goals.

Kevin’s interest in real estate came from purchasing his own home, and he enjoys watching what effects prices in his neighborhood. He believes that purchasing a home should be a healthy balance of the investment as well as the quality of life that the right home can provide. Kevin serves the Salt Lake Valley and primarily works with single family homes. He is very familiar with the far western part of West Jordan, Sandy, and Draper. He has visited destinations throughout the valley through his work as a radio personality, where he would broadcast onsite in locations across the Wasatch Front.

He chose Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage because of its top-of-the-line business and marketing tools that provide security and effectively get listings on all the pertinent websites. He also appreciates the camaraderie of the agents he works with in the Salt Lake Office who cheer each other on in their success.

Kevin moved to Salt Lake in 2005 and is here to stay. He loves this city, the people who live here, and the natural beauty of the diverse landscapes that Utah has to offer. He enjoys playing sports, coaching for his son’s team, fishing and spending time with his wife and son.
