More about Nicole Carollo

The best compliment is when clients call or text for recommendations or suggestions on just about everything in Park City. In Utah since 2000, Nicole truly understands what makes this a great place to live. As a sort-of real estate detective, If she doesn’t already have the answers she digs beyond the usual seller's disclosures to present all important information to help her clients make the best decision. Her experience in the accounting industry in Park City also provides her real estate clients insight into Park City property ownership that most realtors are not able to offer. She prides herself in running a tight ship with constant communication between clients, lenders, title company, other agents and transaction managers.

Born and raised in the Bay Area her connection with nature was fostered by ski trips to her family's ski cabin in Truckee, California. The smell of the pine trees when stepping foot in the Sierras still brings her back to those childhood memories.  Learning to ski at Squaw Valley now known as Palisades and summers at Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe, her best memories growing up were in the mountains. After a school ski trip to Snowbird and Brighton in Utah she fell in love with the Wasatch Mountains and the phenomenal snow it offered. While all her friends were attending colleges in Southern California she chose a different life path and in 2000 moved to Utah to attend the University of Utah. Back then Utah was the best kept secret and she enjoyed hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and snowboarding as many powder days as her college schedule would allow.  Then in 2002 the Winter Games came to Utah and the World was introduced to all Utah had to offer.  After graduating college, Nicole worked for a broadcast television company still in Park City today, Fischer Productions, owned by ocean conservation visionary Chris Fischer. There she created motion graphics packages and worked with sponsors, and networks on commercials and marketing content. During this time she traveled for the shows to many parts of Central America, passing through the Panama Canal, visiting small fishing villages down the coast of Baja, catching Roosterfish on the border of Colombia and hiking the jungle in Panama through a water and bat filled cave. After her adventures with Fischer Productions she landed a position with Talisker Club Member Services in 2013 as their Marketing Manager orchestrating web, print and social media design for the Club. With then General Manager Debbie Casey as her mentor she learned how to provide exceptional, and authentic service to Club Members, their friends and families.  From the Outpost BBQs at Guardsman Pass in the Summer, to special events at the Talisker Tower throughout the Winter season the Club provided families the opportunity to break away from their busy lives and enjoy the mountains. In 2018, She took the position with Engel & Voelkers Park City as Marketing Manager working with real estate agents in the Lake Tahoe, Saint George and Park City areas meeting their advertising and marketing needs. In 2019, She decided to step outside her comfort zone into sales and never looked back. Nicole enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding their needs, wants and concerns.

Bay Area born and raised, Park City settled, Nicole resides in the Trailside area with her husband and two kids. Raising two kids in Park City she knows the ins and outs to schools, sports, activities, best places to eat and so much more.  Her family loves snowboarding in the Winter at Woodward and Park City as well as the Cottonwoods or just staying home and building a snowboard park in their backyard. In the summer fly fishing, hiking the Uintas through beautiful valleys to high elevation lakes catching greyling, trophy tiger trout and beautiful Brooke trout. What she loves most about Park City is that it’s a great jumping off point to other adventures like Zion National Park, Moab, Canyonlands, the Sawtooth Mountains, Yellowstone and Teton National Park. There’s so much to discover in Park City and this part of the “Great American West”.  She hopes to help clients become Experienced in the Park City lifestyle.
