Jeff Nicholas loves the atmosphere of Park City, the Heber Valley and surrounding communities in the Wasatch Back. He specializes in helping his clients buy and sell single-family homes, condos, and vacation homes.

Jeff is a Utah native who began his career as a Realtor® in the Ogden area and graduated with a degree from Weber State.  After several successful years selling real estate, Jeff moved to Chicago and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago.

In addition to his real estate experience, Jeff brings years of experience as a senior manager in the financial services industry. He has been involved with investment banking transactions and negotiations, and has managed a Registered Investment Advisory Firm, as well as a technology platform used by financial advisors to manage more than $65 billion in investment assets. He applies his real estate, business and negotiating experience to benefit his real estate clients.

Jeff’s real estate credentials include the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which is awarded to only 3% of Realtors nationally.
