As a Northern Utah native and lifelong experience in development, Christy is excited to be turning that focus to the real estate industry. Growing up in the Ogden area, Christy understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in the Wasatch Front. Since her passion for service and cultivating relationships has always been the motivation behind her values of strong work ethics, integrity, honesty, and dedication, becoming a Realtor was a natural fit. 

Over the years, her outgoing personality and ability to connect with others, has led her to career opportunities within the customer service and sales industry. After working for a new home developer for several years, she made the decision to go to college in order to expand her skill-set. She attended Weber State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Sales. This knowledge, coupled with her background in development, presented her with a management position at a full-service engineering firm. Over the past 11 years, Christy has worked closely with clients, architects, general contractors, land owners, local, state, and federal jurisdictions throughout the entitlement and land development process. These skills and connections are used on a daily basis in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. Having this background within the industry has provided her with unparalleled resources and amazing growth opportunities.  Her abilities allow her to represent clients within the residential, commercial, land development, and investment property transactions. 

In her free time, you’ll find her enjoying the beautiful outdoors with her family and loved ones. Whether it be various sporting activities, concerts, local events, camping, or power sports, she truly loves creating memorable experiences. She also has a passion for design and crafting. It brings her joy to see things come to life by making them beautiful. Her love of learning proves to keep her busy with life since she is always up for taking on a new challenge or adventure.
