Melissa Hauan is a Texas native. At an early age, Melissa knew she found joy in helping others. With the goal and vision of helping and serving people in mind, she earned her certification to become a Certified Nursing Assistant, while going to school to be a Registered Nurse; although that career was short lived. In 1999 her interest peeked into the real estate industry after landing a job working for a property management company. She took interest in the market’s evolution and ever-changing trends and was fascinated by the idea of home ownership, an opportunity that should ideally be available to everyone. With each day presenting new opportunities and challenges, Melissa decided to obtain her real estate license and make real estate her full-time job.

Melissa, often gets praise for serving her clients no matter the time or day and attests her success to good old fashioned phone calls and client communication. In addition to availability, she offers clients clarity. “I want people to feel empowered in the home buying/selling process. By providing people all the pertinent facts, scenarios, and possible outcomes they ultimately make the decisions that are right for them.”
