I joined Coldwell Banker in June of 2005. I have been a licensed Realtor in Texas since 1979 - 6 years of experience in the 1980s (wow, was that fun - 15% interest rates) and 19 years in Austin. Since joining Coldwell Banker, I have consistently been a member of the million-dollar a month club - selling, listing, and/or closing over $1M in properties in one month. In 2008, I was the Top Sales Agent in the Lakeway office closing approximately $10M in properties. This is what I do - we all...well, most of us...have to earn a living. Selling real estate is more than making the money, it is helping a first-time homebuyer find a house they can afford and guiding them through the process. It is helping a seller sell their house because they have lost their job or they are fortunate enough to make a move up!. It is helping a buyer realize the dream of owning rental property for future income. It is about you and what I can help you achieve!

CB Global luxury is the luxury property division for Coldwell Banker and I received my certification in 2005. I also hold the highly desired GRI (Graduate of Realty Institute) designation. This designation requires 3 grueling weeks of classes that help to enhance my real estate knowledge. I am also certified through the Cartus Network (the leading international relocation resource that helps America's top corporations and our military branches move their employees from city to city, state to state, and country to county) as well as a member of the Affinity Team for Coldwell Banker. I am a full-time agent, and adhere to my motto of "accessibility and accountability to you, my client". Follow-up is the key to complete satisfaction and client satisfaction is one of my goals. I have built my business through the years by servicing my clients and meeting their needs.

I lived in the Lakeway area in The Hills for over 15 years - a golf course community with 2 courses built by Jack Nicklaus - The Hills and Flintrock Falls. I am an avid golfer and love Longhorn football. I have a wonderful, very understanding husband and a daughter who graduated from college in Aug 2009 and is now married, living in Dallas and gave us our first grandbaby girl in June, 2021~~  We lost our long time dog of 13 years in December, 2021 and we are so sad, but will find a nother companion soon!  Pets are previous!  We moved to Georgetown TX (just 25miles North of Austin in early 2016 - we now live in Berry Creek which is a golf course community as well! It's a quaint town, but growing because of all of the Austin expansion! Lots of space here, so lots of development!!
