When not working, Polly enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family. As a direct descendant of Davy Crockett, she felt she was destined to become a Texan!

Polly was supportive of me during my search for a home, even though it took me almost a year for my divorce to settle. She was very patient with me and all the uncertainty surrounding where I wanted to search for a home. It was not a happy situation, and she was very kind and understanding. We had tennis in common, which opened up our communication and helped her understand me a little better. She was willing to go to the limit of her area to look for homes with me. Even when I thought I would be moving out of state, she was very supportive and encouraged me to do what was best for me. She was professional, gave her honest opinion about everything we saw and was always cordial and pleasant. Polly was a pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to make things easier for me during the contract period, inspection, and closing. She always knew what to communicate to the seller's agent in order to help me out. Polly was fantastic as our Realtor. She was always available by text, email, or phone, responded to us promptly, and if she was unsure of an answer, she researched it and got back to us quickly. Although I'm sure no home purchase is easy, we had several issues that arose during the process, and she helped get us through the painful parts to a successful conclusion. Her recommendations for home/pool/roof inspectors were excellent, with valuable recommendations and observations. Even though the sale has (continued) concluded, she has still followed up with us to make sure we are getting along in the move-in process. First, let me say what a pleasure it was to work with Polly. The house was listed and the postcard announcing the listing was distributed in the Spicewood area. Later that week I held a meeting at my house and all nine people at the meeting who live in Marble Falls, Spicewood, and Lakeway commented about receiving the flyer, how quickly it was delivered and how professional it looked - and two of the people in attendance are realtors. I truly believe the marketing program and Polly's ability to network were the key to our home selling so quickly. As for Polly's work on our behalf, I can honestly say we have never had a realtor with such
knowledge of the local market and who guided us through the sale and closing process in such a professional manner. She was always available to answer any of our questions and to make recommendations for outside vendors. She was thorough in her analysis of the offers we received on the property and was quick to respond to buyers' realtors. I'm happy to recommend

Having been a real estate investor for nearly 30 years, I can tell you it's not easy for me to find a real estate agent who I feel is capable of handling the minutiae of the real estate transaction and who also "gets it" from an investment point of view. When we decided to sell our waterfront property on Lake Travis, we knew we would need a special person to bring it to market. Because of its uniqueness and the underlying dynamics of the deal, we knew we needed someone that was not only a skilled real estate professional but one that could also think outside the box in regards to a property that was quite different from most. I knew the
lake market very well and had a pretty good idea of where the property needed to be priced but did not share my opinion with Polly. I simply asked her to do her homework and come up with her best estimate. Mine was $1,175,000, hers came in at $1,185,000. The home went on the market and within a month, we had a full priced offer and closed. The property was well within
the floodplain and had several challenges to overcome that would have easily shaken a seasoned realtor. Polly handled them all with a cool professionalism that facilitated the deal and was instrumental in the successful closing of a complex transaction. This degree of service and competence has instilled in my wife and I such a level of trust, satisfaction and high regard for Polly that we have already referred multiple friends to her, one of which is closing on a deal next week! Simply put, we cannot recommend Polly Clarke more highly.
