Noelia Guajardo was born in Laredo, Texas. She is enthusiastic and dedicated to serving her clients to accomplish the wonderful goal of becoming a homeowner, helping them “Find Their Own Little Piece of the World”. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Upon obtaining her Bachelor's in Education, from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, she moved to Austin, Texas completing 30 years of teaching Elementary school.  As an educator, she has the mind of a teacher, taking Buyers and Sellers through the process of real estate while ensuring their understanding every step along the way. Having summer months available, Noelia worked in the retail industry performing reconstruction, repair and alterations for a Vintage Bridal Salon in Austin, Texas. The intricate work of mending antique gowns, doing beadwork repair, and her resourceful and pleasant customer service also demonstrates her patience and attention to detail.  She also managed a wholesale greenhouse in Cherokee, Texas. The skills required in nurturing delicate seedlings into strong plants reflect her ability to follow through the steps necessary to complete a goal.

Her experiences in the retail industry and in education give her the opportunity to utilize her creative and resourceful skills. She has a strong ability to listen and to communicate with all of her clients. Noelia believes that everyone deserves the best, and that is what she will bring to you with her energetic and creative spirit.

Noelia’s hobbies include dancing and gardening with her husband Jay Whitley. Her favorite goal in the garden is to plant Milkweed for the Monarch Butterflies. She encourages the adoption of rescue dogs and likes cooking and sewing. She donates a portion of her proceeds to the Alzheimer's Association of San Antonio Southwest Chapter. She also supports and to “Paws on Board”, a pet rescue organization in Laredo, Tx.
