I am Kendra Green - a mother, a student, a Real Estate Agent. One who takes on any challenge and never fears of her plate getting too full. I frequently get asked the question, “how do you do it?”, and my answer is always the same “I just do it. I don’t sit and think of how I can’t do this because of that. All that would do is prevent my progress.”

Together, my amazing high school sweetheart and I, with our four beautiful children, have rooted ourselves in the fast-growing community of Summerville. My admiration of the growth within Dorchester County birthed my passion for Real Estate.

Currently I am a Senior nursing student at a local University and have sought to expand my care for others within the home buying process. I feel there are times in a person’s life when they need someone to advocate for them, and what better times are those than in the hospital room, and when they’re buying a home.

Being an active member of The Illustrious Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, founded in 1913, and current Chapter President, I am involved in countless community service projects and programs within Charleston and surrounding areas.

I pride myself on being a dedicated and relentless individual through adaptability. I’m always showing up and advocating for others.

My goal is to provide the upmost support to all my clients, keeping YOUR needs at the forefront of my mind because the value of commitment drives my purpose to serve!
