Born in Charleston, South Carolina, (Conde Naste Traveler #1 City!) and raised on James Island, Rick graduated from Fort Johnson High (Now James Island High) in 1978, the US Naval Academy in 1982, and earned a Master in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in 1989. He was a Submarine Officer, and retired as a Commander, US Naval Reserve. With an MBA and 38 years of professional experience, Rick brings a wealth of business knowledge to the Real Estate field.
