After 15 successful years as a real estate investor (aka "flipper"), having personally bought and sold over 50 properties, Kristin shifted her focus to helping others. She uses her personal experience, network, and knowledge of all facets of real estate and construction to streamline each transaction for her clients, both sellers and buyers. Her dedication to her work and clients has resulted in a large network of loyal customers and referrals.

Kristin is married with two kids and two dogs. She hails from the South Shore of Massachusetts but now calls South Carolina’s Lowcountry home. In her spare time, Kristin is a chauffeur to and from lacrosse practices, games, and tournaments for her teenagers, Liam and Cameron. Kristin is licensed in both South Carolina and Massachusetts and is happy to assist in buying or selling in either state.
