My journey into the Real Estate world actually began 25+ years ago in the hospitality industry. I was 19 and started work as a busboy in an upscale New England/Chinese restaurant in Warwick, RI. It was then that I learned what it means to take care of people, put their needs above yours and do it in a caring, compassionate and empathetic way. The definition of customer service! During those 2+ decades my work experience covered everything from "chain" restaurants found across the country to some of Boston's most celebrated and awarded eateries. I had the opportunity to cross paths with all walks of life and was able to find common ground with all of them. This invaluable experience and lessons learned from it is the core to my business. A "golden rule" of sorts.
