Hi my name is David Clausen and I moved to Charleston , S.C. to begin my real estate career in the Spring of 2018. I had never been to Charleston before the beginning of 2018, and I knew after my first visit here that there was something so unique about Charleston and this is where I would now be calling home.

While taking my real estate classes I volunteered at Pet Helpers which is where I found my wonderful dog named Nala, a greyhound and lab mix who is so special and definitely one of the very best parts of my life! After my classes were completed I began my real estate career at Keller Williams where I stayed for about a year and a half before joining one of the top teams in Charleston in the winter of 2019, Matt O'Neill Real Estate. I learned so much while I was a part of that team over the next few years and made so many wonderful memories, and I am excited to say that I have now gotten to a point where I am spreading my wings and going off on my own to join one of the most reputable and well-established real estate companies in the world- Coldwell Banker. I am honored and excited to be joining this incredible organization and bringing with me almost a half a decade worth of experience, and I am looking forward to the many new opportunities available to me with this amazing company. I love helping people and I feel that it is a privilege to help them with one of the biggest decisions that they will ever make which is buying and selling property, and I always go the extra mile to help them make their dreams come true. Real Estate is truly my passion!

When I am not doing real estate you can find me relaxing with friends on the beach, or playing fetch with my dog on the beach, or surfing at the beach. Needless to say, I love the ocean and it's beaches!! I also enjoy reading, going out with friends, and skydiving- I've only been four times so far and I hope to one day get enough jumps completed to get a wingsuit. Also, my favorite food is pizza. So, that about sums me up for now! : )
