More about Elaine Finney

Elaine Finney is a highly accomplished individual with a wealth of professional
experience and academic achievements. She is a Clemson University graduate with a
degree in Engineering Technology and a Masters in Business Administration. Elaine's
career history includes over 15 years of working as an Engineer with a Fortune 500
computer and software company, where she gained extensive expertise in negotiating
agreements, designing plant layouts, writing business requirements, and managing
projects.

Following the closure of her company's manufacturing operations in Lexington, SC,
Elaine earned her real estate sales license. However, she decided to devote her time to
raising a family during her children's formative years, putting her real estate career on
hold. As her children grew older, Elaine became a substitute teacher, offering the
flexibility required to accommodate their varying school schedules. Later, she
transitioned to high school teaching, where she imparted guidance and knowledge to
students interested in engineering and other technical careers. After 8 years of service
at the high school level, Elaine retired in 2022.

Elaine recently joined Coldwell Bankers Realty with a view to leveraging her skills and
experience to help clients find their ideal home or property, enabling them to unwind and
enjoy their surroundings after a hectic day. Whether you are interested in purchasing a
property in the Northeast neighborhood or seeking a second home in North Myrtle
Beach, Elaine is well-placed to assist. Having personally bought, remodeled, and built
homes to accommodate a growing family, Elaine knows firsthand what it takes to
identify the perfect property for your needs. She grew up in the CSRA area of the state
Edgefield, went to college, and later resided in the Upstate area of Greenville, started
and raised a family in the Midlands areas of Shandon, the Northeast, and Blythewood,
and now owns a home in the coastal area of North Myrtle Beach.

As a meticulous and empathetic Sales Associate, Elaine derives immense satisfaction
from being the "go-to person" when clients or individuals require assistance. She takes
pride in guiding them through the entire process, from analyzing their living
requirements to identifying the best available options, be it finding land for new home
construction, selling an existing property, or showcasing the finest homes in the
Coldwell Banker collection. To benefit from Elaine's unparalleled customer service and
industry expertise, call her today!
