Hello and Welcome! I have been a Full-Time Realtor in the Columbia area Since 2003. I am originally from Hagerstown, MD and have been in Columbia since 1985. I specialize in New Construction, Resales, First-Time Homebuyers, Foreclosures, & Short Sales. 99% of my business comes from Referrals and I don't take that very lightly! I enjoy working hard for my clients and I would love the opportunity to do the same for you!

New Construction Experience- I have represented several of the Midlands Top Builders. I have successfully Marketed several New Home Communities. I have represented Buyers in the New Home Buying process from Purchasing Spec Homes as well as Build-Jobs from Start to Finish. I have extensive knowledge of the Building Process, have completed on-site training, and will guide you through the process of purchasing a newly constructed home!

Resales- I have sold hundreds of Resales and 98% of my listings close at their list price. Before listing your home I complete a targeted CMA Report for your home with the most recent comparables within a specific time frame to narrow a price range that is realistic and sure to sell your Home! I will go through your home and recommend anything that I feel would be an added selling point. Your home is marketed to over 725 web partners to ensure exposure like no other company can offer. You will never have an unexpected surprise of your net funds at the closing table. I complete an estimated net sheet at the time of contract so you will know what to expect at the closing.

First-Time Homebuyers- I have built a business all in itself representing first-time homebuyers. I purchased my first home at the age of 19 and it was the best decision I ever made. I want others to share that same experience and success. I walk my clients through the entire financing process and assist them with deciding on the best option for their life situation. Many of my first-time homebuyers qualify for a program that allows them to purchase with as little as $500 down and they usually receive that back at closing.

Foreclosures & Short Sales- The Foreclosure & Short Sale Market is a very dynamic and exciting opportunity for Buyers to purchase property for an amount much less than the current market value. However, because of this it is vitally important that you have an agent representing you that is familiar with the various processes in a transaction as these. There were only two agents in my company that were certified in this area and I am one of those. I have represented Buyers in the successful purchasing of foreclosures & short sales, but I have also worked on the other side and have represented banks and investors in the pricing, listing, and selling of their assets. Therefore, I know the process and how things work on both sides which is crucial.
