Dale has been Chairperson, Coldwell Banker Habitat for Humanity Home Campaign, and for seven years has been Chairperson of the Columbia Metropolitan Dream Home, this year benefitting Breast Cancer Research. She has been awarded the Coldwell Banker Diamond and Sterling Awards numerous years for outstanding sales performance. She also received the prestigious Founders Award for exemplifying the utmost characteristics honored by Coldwell Banker.

She is an active member of the Greater Columbia, South Carolina and National Association of Realtors. She has a BA in Guidance from Columbia College.
