My husband, Ed Sanchas, and I are both native Rhode Islander’s. I’m from Barrington, Ed is from Bristol, and we have a home in Middletown, Rhode Island, where we spend time during the summer months. We’ve lived in Sarasota for 14 years, and currently reside in the Hammocks Preserve Community in the Palmer Ranch area and just LOVE IT!

We both have thriving twin boys, and enjoy spending time with them, gathering with friends, traveling the world to explore new cultures and building new relationships. I am a graduate from the University of Rhode Island, and currently serve on the Women’s Alumni Group and the Southwest Florida Alumni Group. I’m an active Rotarian in the Sarasota Club, and appreciate all our community involvement. I'm a past Newport Rhode Island Advocate for the Chamber of Commerce, but still love serving the Rhode Island community as well!

Ed and I love relaxing at the beach, we enjoy dancing, biking, skiing, golfing and playing pickleball when time permits. Ed has countless years of experience in property management and has always enjoyed buying and selling homes for personal use. I’ve spent 32 years traveling the world Marketing/Selling high end consumer products before joining Ed in Real Estate. We are both devoted Real Estate Consultants, and specialize in Luxury Home Sales and Marketing. We own several wonderful investment properties that we frequently rent as Airbnb’s and love the cherished friendships we’ve fostered there. Needless to say, we both absolutely love all aspects of Real Estate, and have personal experience in all the many facets. It has never been just a job for us, but a passion.
