My name is Jennie Leonard. In the years past, I would be known as a real estate agent, but this is a new era and I have re-invented myself to fit the times. I am the agent who CARES. But before I arrived at this title, let me tell you about how I got here.

My first career, I was a practicing registered nurse for almost 30 years. I started as a pediatric ICU nurse, caring for the most vulnerable patient population. "My kids" suffered illnesses from high level traumas to multi-organ failure requiring transplants, and the most intensive care. I worked with teams of dedicated clinicians, learning life sustaining skills, compassion and a work ethic bar none to any. I loved my job, the kids and the families that I cared for. As I matured in my role, I honed my leadership skills, and developed a love for being an employee advocate-through mentoring, training and development, and ongoing staff support. Over the years, I have witnessed healthcare change and eventually the demands made me take a deep, hard look at where my path was taking me. Although, I am deeply grateful for all the experiences, relationships and skills I gained, I eventually decided to pursue another one of my life's joys and passions-Real Estate. I have always loved homes, architecture, design, construction, and the thought of residential communities where families rooted, grew and thrived.

In this new era, I chose to transfer all of my healthcare skills, and utilize them in the arena of Real Estate. When given the opportunity to work with you, you will know that I care. You will know that I took the time to learn my profession well. You will know that I can support you through the very involved task of being a first time home buyer, a seasoned purchaser of properties, or the seller of real estate. I will do all that I can to decrease the stress and anxiety, as well as celebrate with you as you feel the elation of completing one of the biggest decisions you will ever make in selling or purchasing a home.
