I was born and raised in Southern Oregon. During my college years I was a track and field athlete where I specialized in sprints and heptathlon. While getting my master's degree, I shifted from being a sprinter to cross country running and truly found that I was capable of so much more. Upon graduation, I started my 16-year journey in teaching and coaching. In 2012, I moved to Bend and fell in love with the wide variety of activities such as: XFit, Nordic skiing, masters swimming, mountain biking, golf, hiking, rafting, fishing, and gardening.

My husband and I have two young children, Carter and Sloan, and we enjoy sharing our love of the outdoors with them. Once I became a mother, I realized that my passion had shifted and I wanted to help people reach for the life that supports their ability to thrive. That living my passion and having a career that supported and fostered my family was essential. Just as I loved to help my students find their passions, I love to help individuals and families find a home in beautiful Central Oregon.
