I was born and raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio, graduated from Upper Arlington High School and Miami University (Go Redskins!) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. My interest in working within a growing company with strong leadership and local connections, led me to my first career in Real Estate. For the past 20+ years I worked as a marketing specialist for Coldwell Banker Realty, cultivating a strong and memorable brand, managing the award-winning Sunday Morning Show from 1991-2009, and serving as the metro team representative for the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury luxury marketing program in both Columbus and Cincinnati. All of my experience with Coldwell Banker was invaluable, creating a very confident transition to my new career as a licensed Realtor.


With my history of establishing strong customer relationships, and effectively managing essential systems within a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment, I am uniquely qualified to share this knowledge with my clients as we navigate through the buying and selling process together.

For my Sellers: I will explain the current market conditions and how that will affect your initial price position; I will create a favorable perception of value for your home and position it to create the energy and exposure necessary to generate the highest amount of buyer traffic; I will communicate on your listing activity and showings as well as all comparable listing activity; I will manage the negotiation process aggressively in order to net you top dollar at the end of our transaction; Once a contract is in place, I will be available for any buyer inspections or appraisals prior to closing
For my Buyers: I will make sure you are pre-qualified prior to looking for your dream home - this will make you a stronger prospective buyer; I will identify your wants/needs before we begin searching - this will lead us to the right house in the shortest amount of time; I will manage the negotiation process in order to get you what you want; I will arrange for home inspection(s) once the contract has been accepted; I will prepare any counter offers or request to remedy documents once we have gone over the final inspection results together; I will work directly with your lender to insure we are on target for our closing date and all the appraisals and approvals necessary are complete; I will schedule a final walk through at your new home prior to closing; I will review the final numbers with you prior to the closing; and finally, I will meet you at the closing to make sure everything goes smoothly.
