Pat Belcher:

Pat Belcher is a full time residential real estate agent with an in-depth knowledge of Columbus and its neighborhoods. His community expertise is valuable to both his buyers and sellers. Pat is the youngest of 6 siblings and spent his early childhood in Delaware, Ohio before moving with his family to Clintonville. In 1989 Pat graduated from Watterson High School and he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993 from Wittenberg University. Pat is also a graduate of Hondros Real Estate Career Center.

Pat and Tiffany Panhuis met in 1992 on their study abroad program in Salzburg, Austria. They were married in 1999 and bought their first home in Clintonville. They currently reside in Worthington with their 2 dogs, Georgie and Ruby.
