Shawnee Zahard is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty. Shawnee got her start in reproductive healthcare and customer service, and quickly realized that her favorite part of her day was connecting with people. She has real talent and passion for helping others. Starting in high school, Shawnee organized fundraisers for her local food bank and suicide prevention groups. Most recently she organized Aunt Flo and Friends Menstrual Product Drive, which lasted several years as an annual event to benefit homeless and low income people in need. She continues to be active in her community, and looks forward to using her talents and passions for helping others to assist people and families achieve their real estate dreams.

Shawnee is a Grove City native, now Pickerington local. Growing up in the west of Columbus and now living in the east gives her the advantage of being familiar with many areas in and around Columbus. She has admired architecture since she was a child, and has always been fascinated with historical communities. Shawnee's first home, bought with her now husband, was a 1950's cape cod. She discovered her passion for the real estate market and growing equity during the processes of being on the buyer's and seller's side of the table. Shawnee now resides in a newly built home in Pickerington with her husband, step-daughter, and two rescue pitbulls.

Far from an agent that just wants to buy and sell houses, Shawnee desires to help people and families find their dream homes in their budget, with amenities they need, in the neighborhood they want. Having been on both sides of the real estate table, she understands the excitement, and also the stressors that come with buying or selling a home. Lucky for her clients, helping to navigate those stressors and making the process as easy as possible is what Shawnee enjoys most.
