There are many emotions involved in real estate transactions and I will strive to provide you the most honest, thoughtful and professional service possible.

Education and Training

Katie received her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University. Upon graduation she obtained a position with State Farm Insurance which allowed her the opportunity to serve customers in a variety of capacities. Her duties not only involved working for the best interest of her customers, but working with legal professionals and negotiating settlement terms. The customer service and negotiation skills she fine tuned in her career with State Farm are invaluable to her role in Real Estate.

Areas of Expertise

Katie was born and raised in Newark, Ohio. Based on personal experience, she has the ability to seek out the best opportunity for you and your family both in Newark and the surrounding areas of Licking County.

Community Involvement

I am very passionate about my community and I enjoy being involved in as much as possible to enhance it! My current involvement involves managing a non-profit boutique located within Licking Memorial Hospital; Beautiful You Boutique, that provides items for cancer patients and their families. My passion for finding a cure for cancer also lead me to serve as a committee chairperson for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of Licking County. I am also an active member of 100+ women of Licking County.

Personal Background

I married my best friend Adrian in 2006 and our life has been a whirlwind ever since! I have a son named Cooper who is full of energy and keeps me on my toes and I also have triplets named Asher, Bodie and Cruz that make me laugh every single day! My parents raised me to be an honest and hard working person. Through the years I was able to watch them impact others both professionally and personally and I always knew I wanted to do the same!

After surviving cancer at the age of 26, I knew that God had a bigger plan for me and I have spent each and every day since doing what makes me happy! My career with State Farm ended shortly after my diagnosis and that allowed me the invaluable opportunity to stay home and raise my oldest son. I am excited to enter back into the working world and I know that Real Estate will provide that satisfaction that comes with impacting another's life in a positive way!

In our spare time my family likes to attend sporting events, travel and we love SUMMER!!! I am so excited to meet you and help you along your journey of making memories of your own!
