Mark enjoys working with first time home buyers; he has connections with lenders, builders, and other brokerages, helping to ensure a smooth transaction. He is willing to show clients as many homes as it takes to find the best one for them.

Mark owned and operated Wade Eston LLC franchisee of 6 Sears Hardware and Appliance Stores in Central and Southwest Ohio. This allowed him to gain an in-depth knowledge of Central Ohio and build relationships within the community. As a franchisee he had to develop online marketing plans and he uses this knowledge to create custom marketing campaigns when listing your home. No two listings are the same so no two marketing plans are the same. This ensures the client receives the highest offer possible for their property.

Mark and his husband have been residents of central Ohio since 2013 and are planning to stay here until retirement. Mark loves the diverse neighborhoods that make up the Columbus metro area and would love to help you find that perfect neighborhood.
