Get to Know Jill

Jill Parsons is a seasoned Realtor with eighteen years of experience. She grew up in Chardon, in Northern Ohio. She moved to Columbus in 1997 and attended Columbus College of Art and Design. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Illustration with a Minor in Fine Arts. After working in the banking industry and interior design, Jill received her Real Estate License in 2004, where she received the Rising Start Award for her first six months of sales. In 2018 Jill received her 10 Million Dollar Award.

Jill can help all buyers and sellers with residential purchases and sales, estate sales, land and building, bank owned properties, HUD sales, short sales, rent to owns, investment properties, and duplexes. Jill loves Real Estate and helping each and every client find their dream home and opportunity. Jill uses her sense of design, interior design experience, and artistic and creative abilities to help sellers stage their homes for top dollar and for buyers to visualize their potentially new home as their own.

Jill’s number one love is her son, Quinn. She was a Realtor for nine years before becoming a stay-at-home momma for three years, then returned to the Real Estate industry. Jill is now a single mom and loves it when her son says he wants to sell Real Estate with his mama! Jill can’t wait to be a mama and son duo. Her clients, friends, and colleagues are always amazed and often ask Jill, “How do you do what you do?” Her response, “I have no choice. Everything I do is for Quinn!” Quinn is Jill’s world!

Outside of Real Estate, Jill and her son love to play, watch movies, hikes, swimming, fishing, make crafts and artwork, and doing science experiments. Jill and her son recently started composting and are raising earthworms and red wigglers. Jill and her son love to bake and cook together. When Jill’s not working, she’s usually baking or cooking up a storm. Jill also loves to volunteer at her son’s school. Jill is always known for her smile and laugh. Everyone always says they know when Jill is around.

Jill absolutely loves her job. Her clients are so important to her. You will not find another agent that will work as hard for you as Jill. She prides herself on her response time, and her willingness to do anything it takes for her clients. Jill would not only be proud to have you as a client, but to also call you her friend.
