No Stranger to Real Estate

Jessica is no stranger to the Real Estate Industry. Growing up in Columbus as the daughter of a builder, she has always been exposed to the ins and outs of building a home from the ground up. She started her undergrad at Bowling Green State University in Northern Ohio, but after a few years she felt that getting her degree in journalism was not where her passion laid. While working with Lifestyle Communities, she got to really understand the rental side of real estate. More recently, Jessica and her husband Justin, have entered the world of flipping and investment properties.  She found through selling their first house “For Sale By Owner” last spring that, although it seemed to start off easy, Jessica quickly realized the importance of an agent not only for their knowledge and experience, but mostly for their patience and willingness to do anything to help their clients. From that experience, she finally decided to take the plunge and do what she had always had a passion for, Real Estate.

On her spare time she enjoys family time with her husband, two dogs and cat. Currently her “children” consist of fur but Jessica and Justin hope to start a family in the near future. When the weather allows, Jessica and her husband love to take their boat out to wakeboard and enjoy the outdoors.  Jessica has been an adult leader for the Youth Ministry program at her church in New Albany for the past eight years where she enjoys seeing the kids willingness to learn and excitement for what life has to offer. Working with the teens for so long has truly enriched Jessica’s life and made her a better person.

So now, how will Jessica’s prior experience in life and business benefit you as a potential client? Not only has she has she had exposure to all types of real estate, but she has a true passion for it! She is extremely detail oriented and is willing to do what is best for her clients. Born and raised right here in Columbus, Ohio, she loves the city and all if has to offer and she wants her clients to fall in love with Ohio as much as she has. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and devotes her time getting the job done even if that means getting her hands dirty once in awhile.
