Deb's background in 'real estate' is extensive: first-home buyers, Move-up sellers (more room), or scale-down sellers (less room). Deb's sales area for 'real estate' is also very extensive; Working Farms, Mini Farms, Suburban areas, City. Deb has also sold homes in Fairfield County, Hocking County, Franklin County, Licking County, Delaware County, and Morrow County. Whether you want city or country, Debbie has the knowledge to assist you in either area. Deb has studied and is certified in New Home Construction, New Homes Sales Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, ePRO technology, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification, and Accredited Buyer Representation. Debbie has also handled transactions in Bank owned/Foreclosure and investment properties, and military.

Deb is a member of the Columbus Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Accredited Buyer's Representation, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation), and New Construction Accreditation, Military Representation course (VA).

Education Awards

Deb's background includes, but is not limited to 'real estate' sales and other types of sales, marketing with the latest technology, and just 'good old knowledge of getting things done', adding in constantly updated 'real estate' education for a great combination. Deb's management years include; management of a printing company, owning a freelance graphic design business for several years, and managing restaurants, which makes her ability to listen to your needs/wants to help you accomplish homeownership goals.

Deb has a degree in Visual Communication/Marketing which enhances the marketing of your house while selling. Her 'real estate' education was completed at Marion Technical College (OSU campus), along with paralegal courses., plus marketing/business through Franklin University.

Community Involvement

Working on the Relay for Life in Worthington, Ohio. Deb said 'It was an honor' also to serve as chairperson for all the food collection and sales for the event. A big thank you to Joe Hart a long-time realtor with the Worthington Coldwell Banker King Thompson office, he was our fearless leader for the charity event. Joe has since passed on, but will always be remembered for his dedication and caring heart. We collected over $6,000 in donations for the charity within 20 hours.

Deb's other volunteer favorites were 'Flying Horse Farms', a camp for seriously ill children and their families, and different benefit nights at the restaurant she managed.

I am looking forward to more charity volunteer endeavors in 2023/2024.

About Deb

Deb's family consists of her son, daughter, and stepdaughter, all three wonderful adults now. She has 7 grandchildren that range in age from 33 years old to 3 years old. Deb is so proud of her family and acknowledges 'each one of my grown children and all my grandchildren has added so much to my life'. Outside of 'real estate' Deb enjoys walking/hiking, cooking, having fun with family, art/photography, volunteering, and loves 'Listening to People'.
