Education and Training

I became a licensed realtor in 1985, a Certified Lender to Business in 1999, and am a graduate of the Realtor Pro Start Academy. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Business.

Areas of Expertise

Having purchased and sold many of my own homes, as well as completing several renovations (most recently, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a lower level), I have a good understanding of what sellers and buyers are experiencing.

With additional background in commercial business, I have a unique perspective of negotiations and helping clients to understand the selling, purchasing and lending processes.

Community Involvement

Member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors.

Elder in the Presbyterian Church, where I served on or chaired many committees.

I have been actively involved with the YMCA (chaired a Strong Kids Campaign), animal rescue organizations, professional women's organizations (Professional Women's Forum, Midway College advisor to women starting new business, AAUW).

Personal Background

Born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan, I spent high school and started college in Portland, Oregon; finished college, married and raised four children in Ohio. After spending 12 years away from Cincinnati in Banking, I came back "home" to the area I love.
