Bob's Role with the Kathleen Prangley Team

Bob's main roll is helping the team's buyers and sellers get the price right.

In 2003, Bob joined his wife, Kathleen, in her real estate practice serving clients who are buying and selling the finer homes in Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, Columbia-Tusculum, Mariemont, East Walnut Hills, Wyoming, and Indian Hill. Bob is a licensed agent in both Ohio and Kentucky. He has two roles on the team. First, to serve as a buyer’s agent for the team and second, to help the team's clients of buyers and sellers develop pricing strategies for their home that provide their clients the best results. The team’s wealth of experience in sales, while enduring the ups and downs of economic cycles, gives us the knowledge to share with you about the value of your home that you want to sell or purchase. Together they are building one of the top sales teams in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. As a buyer's agent Bob assists clients in finding and purchasing a home, and prepares a market analysis of the real estate in the area to ensure you don't overpay.

He also assists sellers in developing and implementing strategic marketing programs that are internet based, to maximize exposure of their home on all the major real estate web sites.

He completed the requirements by the National Association of Realtors for designation as an E-Pro and uses this expertise to help buyers search the internet for homes, and to better position seller's homes on the internet for sale. Bob monitors the real estate activity in Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, Columbia-Tusculum, Wyoming, Mariemont, and Indian Hill to help sellers quickly adjust to the market trends that can affect the sale of their home and to help buyers recognize value in their purchase.
