As a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, and current resident of Blue Ash, Dia Billiter of Coldwell Banker 
Realty knows firsthand that Cincinnati is a great place to live! Dia is a mother to two grown children, a 
wife, and dog mom, and an entrepreneur at heart. Dia was born and raised in Milford and attended UC 
Clermont and Penn Foster College, studying Business Management.

Dia is passionate about service, both in business and her personal life. She enjoys giving back to her community and

is a proud supporter of the Sami Sunshine Foundation, an organization that supports adults with special 
needs. Dia is also an active member of the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce and is a public 
speaker for mental health advocacy.  She was also the recipient of the 2023 Sami Sunshine Foundation Award for her work in the community.

She also is a proud supporter of the Milford Schools Foundation, St. Jude’s and a variety of other organizations

dedicated to children’s wellness and mental health.  Dia has also been selected as a 2023 LEAD delegate for leadership by the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce.

She is also the program director for the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Business Women's Association.
While Dia thrives on having a full and busy schedule, in her down time she enjoys travel, reading, hiking, 
and baking amazing treats to surprise and delight friends and clients. Dia’s passion for real estate is
