Business Philosophy

I was born and raised in Yonkers NY and served 29 years in Law Enforcement. I am now a retired Lieutenant having served the Dobbs Ferry and Yonkers Police Departments. In 2005 I entered the real estate industry and immediately fell in love with this profession. Since 2005 I have listed and sold 94 properties totaling $31,803,302.00 in sales. My work ethic and business philosophy is based on three principles: Integrity, Honesty and Experience. Nearly 100% of my current business is based on referrals from past clients. I am proud of the results I have achieved and gain personal gratification as I guide my clients through the process of buying or selling their home. I treat my clients as if they are family and earnestly do my best to bring the most favorable results.

Due to my past profession in Law Enforcement, I work with many clients in the Law Enforcement and Law community. I also work with local unions helping their members buy and sell homes. I look forward to working with you.
