I have been a resident of Morris County for seven years and bring over 15 years of sales and marketing experience to residential real estate transactions.

As a listing agent, my vast knowledge of marketing enables me to understand your needs as a seller, and put together an individualized marketing plan tailored to sell your home. I work closely with professional stagers and designers, and my goal is to earn you the highest price within your time frame, with the least amount of inconvenience. My expertise is to guide my clients through the entire process from pricing, marketing, contract negotiations, paperwork and closing.

As a buyerrsquo;s agent, I will guide you through the home buying process ensuring you understand the market in the town in which you want to live and will negotiate the best price for you. I have lived in several states including Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana; and have extensive personal experience in buying and selling real estate.

I belong to the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the Garden State MLS and the New Jersey MLS. I also volunteer with CASA, a non-profit organization that helps children in foster care.

I was born in South America and moved to the United States in 1996. I graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelorrsquo;s degree in Mass Communication and a minor in French. I speak fluent Spanish. Before entering into real estate, I worked in retail management and visual merchandising for companies like Chicorsquo;s, Puuml;r Minerals and Winston Retail. I then started my own business in Houston and later in San Antonio. I have two children and during my spare time I enjoy activities such as exercising, cooking, reading and traveling.
