Sheri Salamanca, of Caldwell Banker, based in Mendham, has been in the the real estate industry for 7 years and has represented clients all over Northern New Jersey, working with both investors and residential clients. Sheri has built a solid foundation of clients in her community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.

Sheri studied Exercise Physiology at William Paterson University, and afterward began work in Cardiac Rehab. Shortly after staring their family Sheri and her husband Paul started an investment company and began renovate properties which lead to Sheri’s career in real estate. Passionate about real estate development and renovation Sheri has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations.

Active in the community, Sheri is sitting member on the board  of trustees for the Lake Hopatcong Foundation and very involved with their dedication to protecting Lake Hopatcong, the lake environment and enhancing the lake experience for all.

In her free time, Sheri is an avid boater and cyclist. Enjoys spending time on Lake Hopatcong with her Husband and three children. Spending time together with her friends and Family as well as her two dogs is never something Sheri takes for granted.
