Susan joins Coldwell Banker Realty, Portsmouth NH from The Collaborative Companies (TCC), Boston, MA.  She joined TCC in 2019 as a member of the award-winning leasing team at the Hub50House, Boston. Most recently she was a member of the two person sales team, hired to market and sell 18 Artisan, a  first of it's kind luxury condos at the Tuscan Village, Salem NH.  Sales began in May 2023 and within  9 short months they reached a very successful 85% sold! Additionally Susan  and her colleague were awarded silver for Sales Team of the Year for 18 Artisan by The Builders and Remoders Association of Greater Boston at the annual  PRISM Awards event which recognizes the finest projects and outstandingachievements of builders, remodelers, developers, project owners, architects, land planners, marketing and advertising firms, interior designers, and other professionals in the home building industry.  Susan is naturally client-focused, and delivers authentic, exceptional service.  Prior to launching her real estate career, Susan was in sales, fundraising and event management professions for over 20 years, working with several leading for-profit and nonprofit companies in the Greater Concord area. Susan is a longtime New Hampshire resident and splits her time between the New Hampshire seacoast and Boston, Massachusetts. She loves golfing, swimming and biking. She also volunteers with many community organizations. Susan holds a NH Real Estate Sales License.
